Kauri Hill Villa has an open plan design but at 272 square metres has a smaller footprint. A lofty 4m stud and floor to ceiling glass frontage provides spectacular sea views of Whangaroa Harbour from all the living spaces and both bedrooms.
The villa is wheelchair accessible and is well appointed for those who may need physical assistance. Provisions include a level entry shower with grab rails and there are also grab rails in the spa pool.
